Travel to Sibiu

Image
Hello there ! In this article, I will talk about my bus travel from Paris to Sibiu. The Travel To go in my Erasmus city, I took the bus and I crossed a big part of Europe. I could see a lot of different landscapes and big European cities like Metz, Strasbourg, Munich, Vienna, and a lot of little Romanian cities. The trip lasted more than 30 hours more than 2000 km. It was long and sometimes boring, but it's a good experience to cross Europe by bus. Most people in the bus were Romanians, and all the drivers were also Romanians (this was a problem for me and I will expalin that in this article). I made this choice because it was five times cheaper than the plane, and less polluting than the latter, to make an experience and to be able to say that I crossed Europe by road. The problems For this travel, I had a lot of different problems: The first time, I stood at the Bercy bus station in Paris, but it didn't stop, so I explained my problem to Flixbus's controllers and they tra...

Accomodation

Hello ! Today I'm going to tell you about our accomodation reserch.                     To find accommodation in Sibiu, we first tried to ask for help from an association in partnership                with Romania which is located in Brittany. We didn’t get the answers we were hoping for.        Secondly, we thought we would share an appartment. For this, we did research on Romanian  agencies like imobiliare.ro and it was difficult to understand everything. We had negative responses  because we were asking for housing in early February when the application was in December or  January. Being a poor country, they want to try to get a tenant as quickly as possible.     We were still surprised by the low housing prices there and it made us take into account the  precariousness of this place.       So we went back to t...

Good morning or good evening! ✋ The subject of this article is not the least since we will talk about gastronomy! Every country has its  own dishes and specialties and this article is intended to inform you about these dishes and make you,  like us, want to taste these delicious dishes. To be honest, I had a bad image of their traditional dishes and while doing research, I finally look forward  to tasting them! These dishes may have similarities with Turkish, African or American dishes for example.   To begin with, there is the Mămăliga . It is a classic meal that we can find in a large part of Romanian  households. It is made from cornmeal and usually serves as an alternative to bread or to accompany  other dishes.   Another dish is the Ciorba . This meal does not make me want because I am not a big fan of fermented  food. Among the ingredients are some firm bran, beets, mushrooms, potatoes and of course meat  (bacon, beef, chicken). ...
